Art Market Durham is seeking artists with handcrafted, locally produced art, including pottery, quilting, knitting, apparel, painting, drawing, woodwork, seasonal work, floral and seasonal décor, jewelry, polymer clay, sketches, prints, photography, sculpture, etc.
No imported or machine manufactured items will be allowed. All items must be handmade locally by the seller, and must have a high standard of creative and artistic value.
If you use a tent/canopy, you are required to secure it with heavy weights.
No drop-ins! All attendees must be approved by submitting an application (see below) before setting up. All attendees must also submit a signed Release Form and required fees on or before their first selling day.

Make all checks payable to Cecilia Henaine de Davis. Also, a $15 Daily Fee (cash, exact change!) is required each day of sales. Pay daily fee to the Market Manager BEFORE you set up your table.
Members should expect to participate in some organizational activities, such as advertising/marketing and event coordinating.
We are a volunteer-run organization, and the more involvement we have, the more successful we'll all be!

Art Market Application (see Downloads section below): Save and complete in Acrobat Reader or on paper. Mail to Cecilia Henaine de Davis at Cecy's. Make sure to include at least TWO pictures and your $40 application fee. All attendees must be pre-approved via this application. No drop-ins! Note: We are not accepting emailed applications at this time. Please use the mailing address.
Art Market Release (see Downloads section below): Save, print, sign, and mail with your application, photos, and payment. Required for all participants!
Mail your completed application and Release Form to Cecy's Gallery & Studios, ATTN Cecilia Henaine de Davis, 417 Foster Street, Durham, NC, 27701. Include at least two pictures of your art or craft and your application fee of $40. Make all checks payable to Cecilia Henaine de Davis.
Follow up within one week to artmarketdurham (at) gmail (dot) com to confirm receipt and find out your status. If approved, bring your $15 daily fee on your first day. Daily fee is required (cash, exact change) each day that you set up.
*** Returning Members: If your art category or business info has changed, you must submit a Renewal Form (see Downloads section below). Otherwise, please mail your $40 fee to Cecilia by March 1. All returning members must sign a new Release Form this year.
